Arka Sana is an Indian journalist, media entrepreneur, and digital publisher with extensive experience in news reporting, newsroom management, investigative journalism, and digital media operations.
Over the course of his career, he has worked across multiple editorial and leadership roles, including Crime Reporter, Editor, Chief Operating Officer (COO), and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at various television and digital media organizations. His professional experience spans news reporting, political coverage, editorial strategy, content development, and media management.
In 2016, Arka Sana founded Najarbandi, an independent Bengali digital news platform focused on politics, governance, courts and legal affairs, public policy, current affairs, business, sports, technology, entertainment, health, and public-interest journalism.
Under his editorial leadership, Najarbandi has grown into a widely read Bengali news publication serving audiences across India and abroad.
Prior to the launch of Najarbandi.in, he was associated with investigative journalism initiatives under Bengal Media between 2012 and 2015. During this period, investigative audio-visual reports produced under the Najarbandi banner were broadcast on Bengali television news channels including R Plus News, Onkar News, and High News.
Arka Sana is also the founder of Genius Creative Media, a media and content production organization involved in digital publishing, documentary production, brand communication, and creative media services.
